How the Credit Works

The Fitting Fee Is Not a Second Charge

If you order a build from us within sixty days of your session, the full session fee comes off the invoice. Not a percentage, not a store credit, not a voucher with conditions — the whole amount, deducted from what you owe.

For a full bag review the window is ninety days, because those sessions usually produce a list of fixes that people work through over a couple of months rather than all at once. The credit applies to the first order in that window.

If you decide not to buy anything, the fee stands and you keep the build sheet. That is the deal in both directions, and it is why we can afford to tell people honestly that they do not need new clubs.

  • Sixty days on single club and iron set sessions
  • Ninety days on full bag reviews
  • Applies to components and labour alike
  • No minimum order to trigger it
Fine Print, Plainly

Things People Ask About the Bill

No Charge for a Quote

Bringing clubs in to be looked at and quoted costs nothing. The fee starts when the launch monitor or the gauges come into it.

Juniors Are Half

Anyone under sixteen pays half the session rate. Growing golfers need re-checks more often than anybody and the cost should not be the reason they skip one.

Second Session Discount

Book a second single-club session within the same season and it is $70 rather than $95, because the baseline work is already on file.

We Do Not Price Match

Component pricing online will sometimes beat ours. We are transparent about the margin instead of pretending to compete with a warehouse.

Payment

Card or cash at handover. Builds over eight hundred dollars take a fifty percent deposit when the components are ordered.

If We Miss Spec

A finished club outside our published windows is corrected at no charge, and if it cannot be corrected the component is replaced at our cost.

Book the Session, Decide Later

Nothing on this page obliges you to buy a club. Plenty of good sessions end with a bend, a regrip and a handshake.
