Give us a day's notice and there is no charge at all. Same-day cancellations in peak season cost half the session fee, purely because that slot could have gone to somebody on the waiting list.

Send the form and we reply with two or three specific times, the name of the fitter, and what the session will cost. Nothing is charged until you confirm.

Bring the Clubs You Play Now
All of them, including the one you never hit. The measurements from your current set are the reference for everything that follows, and a bag with an odd club in it usually explains a gap you have been living with.

Wear What You Play In
Golf shoes especially. A half inch of heel difference changes lie readings enough to matter, and we would rather measure you standing the way you actually stand over the ball.

Come Loose, Not Exhausted
A short warm-up before you arrive helps. Eighteen holes beforehand does not — tired swings produce numbers that describe your fatigue rather than your golf.

Know Your Complaint
“The ball goes right on the long clubs” is a useful starting point. So is “my 5-iron and 4-hybrid go the same distance.” You do not need a diagnosis, just the symptom.

Bringing Someone Along
Spouses, playing partners and curious teenagers are all welcome. There are two chairs in the bay and a decent view of the bench. We only ask that phones stay quiet during recorded swings.
If You Are Only Here Two Weeks
Say so in the notes. We keep a small number of slots open in season for visitors on short trips, and we can usually turn a build around faster if the alternative is you flying home without it.
